Carmen Morin | Learning Design Strategist

Your people are your most valuable asset. I help sales organizations build the leaders and systems that develop them.

Human Performance is designed.

HUMAN PERFORMANCE CONSULTING

How it Works

Step 1:

Clarity Call

30 minutes. A look at how your people are developed today and where that investment is leaking. You’ll leave with a clearer read on the problem whether or not we work together.

Step 2:

The Design Intensive

We look at how capability gets built in your organization, find where it breaks, and redesign it. Includes discovery before we meet, a full session with your sales leadership team, and the complete design you leave with.

Step 3:

Implementation

Your redesign begins with the Design Intensive. From there, build it with my support or take the design and run. Either way, you own it.

THE STARTING POINT

The Design Intensive

Most organizations don’t have a training problem. They have a transfer problem. The content is fine. What’s missing is the practice, the feedback, and the conditions that make people want to get better at all.

I spend a day with your leadership team looking at how capability actually gets built in your organization right now. How people learn, what reinforces the behaviour, what kills the drive to improve, and what all of it is costing you.

Then we redesign it together. You leave knowing exactly what to build and in what order.

THE BUILD

Implementation

Your team builds the system. You can take the design and run with it, or have me alongside you as it goes into practice.

Your leaders learn how to develop the people they lead, which is the one thing nobody taught them when they got promoted. And because the system is built by the people who have to live in it, it holds after the build is done.

Your people keep getting better without being sent anywhere to do it, and what you spend on development finally shows up in what they can do.

Who I Work With:

This work is built for sales organizations, where performance depends on people, not product.

Leaders who know their advantage is human, and want to build it deliberately instead of hoping it shows up. The teams that do it end up with people who keep getting better long after the training is over.
